Textbook Buying and Renting

The SpiderShop is a great place for your Textbook needs. You can skip the long lines and order ahead on our website. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Purchasing books in person is also an option, just have your book list or course list on hand when you come into the SpiderShop. Our staff will need this list to pull the correct books for you. Renting is a great way to save money. During the check out, either in store or online, you will be provided with rental options; unfortunately, all titles are not available for rent. Ebooks are also available online, if desired and/or approved by your professor. To Identify your courses you need to know the term of your class (ex Fall 2022), Department (ex ACCT), Course number (ex 201) & Section (ex 01). Once you know this, it will make finding your book(s) easy.

Refund for Textbooks

Textbooks are fully refundable, within the return period, with a copy of your receipt and in the same condition as purchased. The return period for each semester runs from the time of purchase through 1 week after add/drop ends. Returns will not be accepted after the return period ends, the final return date will be listed on the bottom of your receipt. New books MUST be returned in new condition (no writing, damage, etc.) Books open with codes are NOT RETURNABLE.

So remember, KEEP YOUR RECEIPT!

Abandoned Book Policy

Textbook orders made before the Add/Drop Date have 30-Days after the Add/Drop date to pick up their orders. If order is not picked up, it will be considered abandoned. Abandoned product will be made available for resale and all original charges are non-refundable.
