Every semester has a cutoff date for Returns on textbooks. Regardless the text book has been purchased, it cannot be returned after the cutoff Date. Feel free to call or email the SpiderShop for the cutoff Date. New text books MUST be returned in like new condition (No writing, damage, taken out of shrink wrap ect). Access Codes must be unused and unclaimed. Used textbooks must be in usable condition. You must have your receipt to complete a return for all textbooks and codes. Textbook orders not picked up within 30-days of charged date, will be considered abandoned. Abandoned product will be made available for resale and all original charges are non-refundable
All items must be in like new condition. Returns must be done within 30 days after the order has been charged. The Receipt must be presented for a refund for in store and online. Abandoned order policy for in-store pickup: For Merchandise and Textbook orders not picked up within 30-days of charged date, will be considered abandoned. Abandoned product will be made available for resale and all original charges are non-refundable.
After purchase it is non-refundable. All sales are final. No other sizes are available for this product nor will the SpiderShop be ordering more sizes or QTY.
For all exchanges and returns, include the packing slip or receipt (For online orders; Receipt can be printed on the order history page of your profile) with your return. Repackage your items in the original packaging or in a appropriate cardboard box. Using packing material around your items, pack and tape your package securely. Select a carrier that offers you the option to insure and track your package. UPS, Fedex, and USPS all offer this option. Insuring and tracking your package protects you as the shipper and helps ensure your shipment goes to the correct destination in the same condition it was as when you sent it.
